Crust - the basic layer of your cheese cake:
- 2pack of biscuit. you might use whole wheat biscuit or oreo biscuit.
- 4 table spoon of margarine.
- sugar.
cheese cake:
- aluminium foil cake pan size 20x20 (square or round, can be used)
- 250 gr cream cheese (approximately 1 pack, you might use light cream cheese/ ricotta. FYI, ricotta has lower % of fat :p)
- 1 can of condensed milk / carnation full cream milk.
- yoghurt plain or adjust with your cheese cake flavor)
- sugar (as additional)
- 1 lemon, squeeze it.
- 1 pack of gelatine/jelly.
- water.
how to make:
first step, make the basic layer:
- pisahkan oreo dengan krimnya (if you use oreo biscuit) lalu hancurkan.
- lelehkan margarin.
- campurkan oreo dengan margarin lalu padatkan (sambil ditekan-tekan dengan tangan) pada loyang aluminium foil.
- after the crust layer done, put it into the freezer while we make the cheese cake.
Second step, make the cheese cake:
- campurkan cream cheese, condense milk, lemon juice, yoghurt ke dalam mixer dalam kecepatan medium.
- panaskan air lalu campurkan agar-agar/gelatine, tunggu hingga mendidih lalu tuang ke dalam mixer.
- aduk adonan dalam mixer approximately 30 minutes.
- masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang aluminium foil.
- ratakan lalu diamkan terlebih dahulu agar set (sekitar 15 menit)
- add jam above your cheese cake as decoration. (you might use macaroon, m&m candy, etc)
- put it into refrigerator about 4-6 hours until cake was set.
